Do you want to start with yoga or get back on b
oard? The best way to start yoga is certainly a yoga course for beginners over 10 dates. In this fixed course, you will start to build up the yoga practice step by step together with other beginners, so that you will feel safe in open hours afterwards.

Yoga II

My yoga classes are dynamic, captive and meditative at the same time. I attach great importance to the exact orientation of the yoga postures, but I also include flowing sequences. Deep relaxation rounds off every hour.

All yoga levels welcome. Just come by and try it out.

Yoga for Absolut Beginners –  

always Wednesday in the small group I offer a gentle start for absolute beginners. This course starts again from 8. January 2020 at the ASZ Thalkirchen. You are welcome to inform yourself in advance or register.

u. Higher, faster, further? That should not be our focus in this course. For many people, it makes sense to choose a focused approach to yoga. Such an entry- keeps motivation high at the very beginning and brings noticeable improvements at all levels such as•
Strengthening the muscles
• Strengthening the cardiovascular
system• Improving the ability to coordinate
• Switching off and
relaxing• Helping to deal with acute stress and in stress
prevention• Increasing overall well-being

The weekly group lessons build on each other and include exercises for the home and also repetitions to deepen what you have learned. The course has a fixed number of participants, the number of students is limited.

Every Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. we meet. The hour starts at 7.30 pm and has 75 minutes.
